| Illustrator CS and below in .ai or .eps format (Images should be linked, not embedded) |
| Quark Express 6.1 and below (Build file at 25% or 50% if necessary) |
| Photoshop CS and below in .psd, tiff or eps format |

| The following formats will be accepted but may require additional editing time. |
| Pagemaker 7.01 and below |

| The following formats are not recommended and will require editing time; results will probably be less than optimal. |

| General Instructions |
| All image files should be CMYK. (If not CMYK, conversions will be done at additional cost.) |
| Fonts should either be converted to outlines or provided with your files. If providing Postscript Type1 be sure to send both screen and printer fonts. |
| Please provide hard copy layouts for all artwork. |
| If Pantone colors are used please indicate on hard copy. |
| Any critical colors such as logos or corporate identity colors should be either defined as Pantone Coated Spot color or a color chip must be provided for matching. |
| All images should have an effective resolution of at least 150 dpi at final size. (For large vinyl banners resolution can be lower with acceptable results.) |
| Please add ¼" bleeds where applicable and do not place anything critical within a ¼" margin of the trim edge. |
