Welded Seams
Vinyl fabrics can be welded to create very smooth (interior) seams on large banners when the size of the banner exceeds the width of the banner fabric. Another option is join the pieces with sewn interior seams.
Oversized Welded Seams
We use an advanced heat and pressure system to seam banners up to any size you need. No stitching is stronger and more visually appealing.

Double Face
This type of construction is not only incredibly strong; it also gives you a banner that has identical smooth faces and textures. Most of the fabrics we stock can be used to make double face banners.
Double Face with Blackout
A blackout liner is placed between the faces of light colored fabrics to ensure total opacity. We also have a full selection of opaque fabrics.
